Mary Hutchins Harris is a poet and essayist. Her chapbook, A Tongue Full of Yeses, was selected by Kwame Dawes for publication in the 2007 South Carolina Poetry Initiative/USC Press Chapbook Contest. She has been a featured poet for the Piccolo Spoleto Sundown Series and the Stories for Life Festival. Mary's work has appeared in print publications such as Tar River Poetry, Kakalak, Antietam Review, Main Street Rag, and Pirene’s Fountain among other print and on-line publications.
